O que você vai fazer?
  • Criar e atualizar planos de manutenção e equipamentos no SAP;
  • Atualizar a matriz de versatilidade da equipe de manutenção;
  • Implementar ferramentas de melhoria contínua (TPM);
  • Analisar eventos corretivos e definir prioridades junto ao planejamento e liderança;
  • Receber e acompanhar fornecedores nacionais e internacionais;
  • Desenvolver e conduzir projetos de investimento (Capex) voltados à manutenção;
  • Garantir conformidade com normas regulamentadoras: NR10, NR12, NR13;
  • Participar ativamente dos comitês de Segurança, Manutenção e Sustentabilidade;
  • Avaliar e aprovar descritivos técnicos de equipamentos e processos;
  • Assegurar que novos projetos sejam entregues à manutenção conforme diretrizes Lear;
  • Treinar e desenvolver a equipe de manutenção;
  • Realizar melhorias em planos preventivos para otimizar performance dos equipamentos;
  • Desenvolver e aplicar projetos com foco em retorno financeiro (OIP).

  • Curso Superior completo em Engenharia Elétrica;
  • Conhecimento em SAP módulo manutenção;
  • Conhecimento em Automação Industrial hidráulica e pneumática;
  • Ter conhecimento redutores de velocidade engrenados;
  • Conhecimento em CLP linha Rockwell, Allen Bradley, WAGO e Siemens;
  • Inglês intermediário/ avançado (Diferencial).
