Você atuará na construção, engajamento e fortalecimento da comunidade da influenciadora, sendo responsável por manter a comunicação ativa, acolhedora e alinhada ao tom de voz da Bianca. Esse papel é essencial para promover conexões autênticas com o público, ouvir a comunidade e contribuir para o fortalecimento da reputação da influenciadora.
Responsabilidades- Gerenciar e interagir com a comunidade em canais como Telegram, Whatsapp, Instagram, X, entre outros.
- Criar conteúdo para a central de fãs no Instagram QG Bianca.
- Acompanhar menções à Bianca e responder comentários, mensagens e dúvidas de forma rápida e empática.
- Selecionar pessoas da comunidade para envio de press kit de Boca Rosa e monitorar recebimento.
- Criar conteúdo voltado à comunidade em canais como central de fãs QG Bianca e X (posts, enquetes, memes, gamificações etc.).
- Monitorar e moderar interações nos grupos e comentários, garantindo um ambiente positivo, seguro e alinhado com os valores da influenciadora.
- Criar dinâmicas de engajamento, como gamificação, enquetes, desafios, perguntas e ações colaborativas.
- Planejar e executar ações de engajamento específicas para cada canal, alinhadas com os objetivos de imagem e marca da influenciadora.
- Colaborar com o time de conteúdo para trazer insights da comunidade e sugerir pautas baseadas nas interações dos fãs.
- Criar calendários de ações temáticas e campanhas participativas.
- Acompanhar métricas e indicadores de engajamento (crescimento, retenção, participação ativa, feedback qualitativo etc.).
- Mapear comportamento da audiência e desenvolver personas com base em interações orgânicas.
- Monitorar a percepção da influenciadora nos canais e propor ajustes quando necessário.
- Estimular e organizar iniciativas de cocriação com a comunidade (ex: campanhas de UGC - conteúdo gerado pelos usuários).
- Trabalhar em parceria com assessoria de imprensa, social media, produção de conteúdo e branding.
- Participar de reuniões criativas e trazer feedbacks da comunidade como input estratégico em publicidades e campanhas.
Formação em Marketing, Comunicação Social, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
