**We are searching the best talent for CATEGORY GROUP MANAGER to be in São José dos Campos.**
**You will be responsible for**:
**Supplier Relationship & Risk Management**
- Accountable for defining and leading supplier relationship to best implement sourcing strategies
- Accountable for the identification, implementation and tracking of Continuous Improvement initiatives at selected Suppliers
- Accountable for crisis resolution through early escalation and deployment of internal resources
- Negotiate appropriate supply terms and agreements for Raw Materials that best meet the needs and risks posed to J&J
- Manage contracts status to ensure appropriate legal coverage is maintained across the portfolio
- Ensure Supplier compliance towards all requirements (Financial Sarbanes-Oxley, Health & Safety, Environment, Quality and etc)
**Sourcing Strategy**
- Become an expert and reference in the technology and supply areas by developing in-depth knowledge about the industry (capabilities, strengths, weaknesses)
- Develop, align with business and implement sourcing strategies for the specific technology area
**Cost and Complexity Reduction**
- Lead efforts to identify and implement current and pipeline cost and complexity reduction opportunities
- Support and develop the financial Business Plan of the company with accuracy on prices, cost improvement projects and inflation management
**Qualifications**
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- More than 10 years' experience in supply chain area, and demonstrated ability in Procurement Strategic Sourcing function
- Solid understanding of the chemical industry
- Experience of working with sunscreen ingredients and/or API/OTC is desirable plus
- Post-graduate degree is a plus
- Fluent in English - high usage of the language in daily activities
- Spanish Advanced

- Partnership, collaboration and teamwork skills
- Analytical Decision-Making skills, capacity to communicate information in a detailed and sharp way and influence business partners
- High integrity and ethical behavior
- Knowledge of general manufacturing principles and practices
