BotCity is a pioneering hyperautomation platform backed by notable investors including Y Combinator and Softbank. Specializing in RPA and AI, we provide advanced governance, orchestration, and developer tools to enable enterprises to scale their automation initiatives effectively. With a philosophy that automation projects are software projects, we advocate a high-code approach, primarily using Python. Recognized by Endeavor as a ScaleUp in 2023, and growing at a double-digit monthly rate, our dynamic teams are located across Brazil, the US, and Europe.

As part of this team, the Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and selecting top talent. This role is crucial for scaling our workforce, enhancing our employer brand, and ensuring a good candidate experience. The recruiter will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a high volume of non tech and tech positions.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain robust talent pipelines, with a focus on passive candidates and active hunting.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, status updates, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging experience for every candidate, treating them as primary customers throughout the entire process.
  • Continuously analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, conversion rates) to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
