**Who are we****Our mission**Helping startups build new products faster with scalable remote development teams.**Overview**We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter in Brazil to expand our recruiting team. We are chartering on to the new phase of our growth and this role is crucial to our success.This role will be responsible for searching Technical specialists (developers and devops) for Insquad platform through a combination of communication channels - internal database, job boards, social networks, etc.If you see yourself working in high energy startup, ready to face challenges that imply producing ideas at a blazing speed, and want to learn how business, technology, and ideas come together to create something that can make a splash in the market, this opportunity could be a good bet. We want you in**Key responsibilities**:- Sourcing and screening the profiles from internal database/ LinkedIn / Head Hunting / Social Media approach- Arranging interviews for the shortlisted- Collating the feedback and communicating the same- Providing the data to the HR team for Offer Process- Coordinating with the internal team and closing internal positions**What we expect from you**:- At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter (IT recruiting experience is a MUST)- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships- Great capacity for self-management- High levels of tenacity, creativity and lateral thinking- Advanced English level- Comfortable working in a startup**You will love working with Insquad for**:**The pace**: we offer a fast-paced work environment and a result-driven approach - we are tech team, moving ins sprints.**The experience**:all the perks of working for startup - you get to participate in all strategy sessions and brainstorms, and boost your skills and knowledge in related areas.
