**Overview**
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter in Brazil to expand our recruiting team. We are chartering on to the new phase of our growth and this role is crucial to our success.

This role will be responsible for searching Technical specialists (developers and devops) for Insquad platform through a combination of communication channels - internal database, job boards, social networks, etc.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Sourcing and screening the profiles from internal database/ LinkedIn / Head Hunting / Social Media approach
- Arranging interviews for the shortlisted
- Collating the feedback and communicating the same
- Providing the data to the HR team for Offer Process
- Coordinating with the internal team and closing internal positions

**What we expect from you**:

- At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter (IT recruiting experience is a MUST)
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships
- Great capacity for self-management
- High levels of tenacity, creativity and lateral thinking
- Advanced English level
- Comfortable working in a startup

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From R$8,000.00 per month
