Semi Senior IT Recruiter at BairesDev We are inviting an IT Recruiter with solid experience to become part of our Recruiting Team, engaging in diverse projects with multicultural teams globally. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and possesses outstanding analytical abilities along with strong teamwork and multitasking skills. What you will do Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, conducting technical assessments, candidate presentations, and closing. Facilitate the organization and execution of candidate interviews with clients, ensuring thorough preparation and follow‑up. Conduct candidate negotiations and initiate the hiring process. Tailor recruitment strategies to meet the specific requirements of each client and vacancy. Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to business development efforts. What we are looking for Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year focused on Full Life Cycle Recruiting in the IT sector. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong self‑management and independent working capabilities. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (3+ years) in the field. Advanced proficiency in English.
