Senior IT Recruiter at BairesDev We are in search of a Senior IT Recruiter, specifically C-Level Executive Headhunters, to attract top-tier candidates for high-level executive roles within the company. This crucial position involves direct interactions with Fortune 500 C-Level Executives, VPs, and Department Heads, requiring excellent communication, a corporate demeanor, and sophisticated client management skills. This role is suited for those with a strategic approach to executive search and a desire to play a pivotal role in shaping the leadership landscape of a leading company. What you will do Lead the recruitment process for senior and executive-level positions, from sourcing to placement, ensuring a tailored and positive candidate experience. Establish and nurture relationships with key market players, from internal leadership to HR business partners and potential candidates. Implement innovative sourcing strategies targeted at senior and executive-level talent. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing any inquiries or concerns throughout the recruitment process. What we are looking for Over 5 years of recruitment experience, including executive/C-level recruitment. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and persuasion. Experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, or Sales is a plus. Demonstrated success in lead generation and conversion. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment. Excellent self-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines. Native or near-native proficiency in English. Spanish language skills are a plus.
