- You will provide support to:
- Business Services Manager.- Controllers, Treasurers, Tax and IT Managers and Supervisors.- Provide support to the Business Support teams
Support Manager and Treasure to succeed on his activities:
Manage calendar: ensure meetings will occur as expected, avoid conflicts, booking meeting rooms, arrange transportation logistics to attend externals meetings;- Support the meetings monthly ;- Travel arrangements for manager;- Chrome River support: prepare and report expense in CR in a timely manner;- Review and approval of travel & expenses reports from team, analyzing if reports are in accordance with travel and HR company guidelines
Office Administration and Team Support:
Keep Org Chart of team up to date;-
- Keep list up to date ;- Keep distribution list up to date;- Add and delete in the distribution list ;- Support the meetings- Send the outlook monthly recurrence of Staff Meeting ;- Control the volunteer for Safety Minute and I&D Minute;- Support to visitors - forms, security and logistics;- Vacation control;
About you:
Important to keep confidentiality;- Ability to write and speak fluently English and Portuguese;- Knowledge of SAP, Word, Poweroint, Excel, Outlook;- Good interpersonal skills;- Ability to work effectively as a team member;- Ability to work under pressure and balance conflicting priorities;- Good organizational skills;- Adaptability with quick changing environment
