A área de Finance é responsável em certificar a adequacidade dos saldos contábeis, apresentar mensalmente as principais variações de P&L e sua aderência perante o Orçamento. Adicionalmente, tem responsabilidade de elaboração do orçamento anual e seu acompanhamento mensal, além de enviar relatórios de conferência entre saldos contábeis e sistemas auxiliares.

Buscamos pessoas com perfil analítico, com senso de urgência, com espírito de equipe.

Deve ter ótimas habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita, português e inglês, e ser capaz de organizar seu trabalho usando ferramentas, como o MS Excel, e Data Analytics.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Analisar e revisar os lançamentos contábeis e certificar sua classificação contábil;
  • Elaborar as explicações das variações mensais do P&L e variações entre real e orçado.
  • Efetuar reconciliações entre os saldos contábeis x relatórios suporte.
  • Criar base de dados para apresentações mensais para Diretores
  • Auxiliar na elaboração de melhorias para o processo contábil e de reporte.

Experiências e Qualificações

Essenciais

  • Formação em Contabilidade, Administração de Empresas, Economia, Engenharia, ou Finanças;
  • Conhecimento sobre o mercado financeiro, principalmente, indústria de fundos de investimento;
  • Habilidade com matemática e estatística;
  • Conhecimento contábil;
  • Inglês: Nível Avançado.

Conhecimentos necessários para a função

  • Experiência com a rotina/processos contábeis;
  • Experiência em contabilidade/controladoria/FP&A de Fundos de Investimentos;
  • Conhecimentos do pacote Office;
  • Conhecimentos em Programação (VBA, SQL, R ou Python);
  • Perfil operacional e analítico para execução de rotinas com "dead line" de horário diário;
  • Saber priorizar as demandas diárias em função da sua importância/volumetria;
  • Proatividade na busca das informações, soluções, alternativas e entendimento de processos para atendimento das demandas da área e resultados;
  • Desenvoltura para falar com clientes internos e auditoria interna/externa.
