Implementation Team Lead LATAM – Adyen Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers such as Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. As the Team Lead for Implementation in our LATAM region, you will build, define, and deliver success for a high‑performing team of Implementation analysts. You will combine deep technical acumen with strong leadership to ensure our customers achieve robust, scalable integrations while driving strategic growth for the broader Americas Implementation organization. What You'll Do Lead & Define Success Set Direction and Strategy: Set a clear direction for your team that aligns with the long‑term goals for LATAM, the Americas and the global Implementation Engineering function. Executive Liaison & Change Agent: Serve as the operations liaison for the President and LATAM leadership team, aligning operations with global direction and acting as a voice of Ops. Stakeholder Synthesis & Communication: Communicate complex regional needs and translate them to Product and Ops leadership. Drive Implementation Excellence: Lead your team to deliver a world‑class customer experience, ensuring customers go live efficiently with robust, scalable integrations. Thought Partner & Escalation POC: Act as a final point of technical escalation, guiding analysts on complex projects. Clear Communication: Define clear performance expectations and explain the "why" behind decisions. Deliver Results & Optimize Impact Focus: Deploy the best people on the most impactful customer projects. Process Multiplier: Add processes that accelerate delivery, remove blockers, and champion long‑term solutions. Autonomy & Accountability: Foster autonomy, ownership, and accountability. Global Collaboration: Collaborate with regional and global teams to enhance the worldwide Implementation organization. Who You Are Leadership & Team Building Experience (Mandatory): 5+ years of people leadership in managing Implementation analysts, Technical Consultants, or Technical Project analysts, including coaching, goal setting, and performance management. Build the Best‑in‑Class: Hire, retain top talent, grow high‑potential talent, and maintain high quality by making tough personnel decisions. Culture Champion: Build diverse and inclusive teams and act as a leader beyond your team. Technical & Global Expertise Domain Expertise: Experience with complex integration projects in a large global setting. Process and Operational Drive: Drive global process change, set up tools, procedures, and methodologies for operational success at scale. Global Acumen: Collaborate effectively across international time constraints. Commerce Knowledge: Understand global commerce challenges and technical and operational dependencies. Languages: Fluent Portuguese and English, written and spoken. Spanish is a plus. Availability: Work 3 days in person at Morumbi/SP.
