Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team in Barueri, São Paulo. This is a contract-based role offering a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment , from sourcing to onboarding, with a strong ability to engage with hiring managers and close positions efficiently.


Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
  • Source profiles using multiple channels including job portals, internal databases, networking, and social media .
  • Analyze job requirements and align candidate profiles accordingly.
  • Identify and assess candidates' technical skills, communication, confidence, and overall fit.
  • Conduct telephonic interviews and evaluate candidates' professional competencies.
  • Coordinate with clients and hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process, up to the onboarding stage.
  • Collect references and verify candidate suitability.
  • Prepare and maintain HRIS systems and weekly/monthly recruitment trackers .
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
  • Drive timely closures while ensuring alignment with client expectations and timelines.

Qualifications
  • 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (preferably in a services or consulting environment).
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and IT skillsets.
  • Proficient in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment databases .
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model with 2–3 days onsite presence.
