**About the Role**:As Managing Director of this flagship product, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth, and success of the payments reconciliation tool. This is a senior leadership role, requiring a mix of commercial acumen, product vision, operational excellence, and people leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Tech, Commercial, Data, and Finance—to ensure the product delivers exceptional value to clients across the iGaming and casino sectors.**Key Responsibilities**:Own and drive the product’s P&L, strategy, and roadmap.Define long-term vision and growth strategy in alignment with company objectives.Oversee all aspects of the product’s lifecycle—from innovation and development to market expansion.Collaborate with stakeholders to refine product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.Work closely with tech and product teams to ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.Champion innovation, ensuring the product remains ahead of regulatory, AI, and industry trends.Build and lead high-performing teams across product, operations, and client success.Act as the product’s key ambassador internally and externally—representing the brand at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements.Ensure compliance with relevant financial and gaming regulations across multiple jurisdictions.**What We are Looking For**:Proven leadership experience (7+ years) in iGaming, fintech, payments, or SaaS, ideally in a product-led organization.Deep understanding of payments operations, reconciliation workflows, and financial controls.Strong commercial mindset with experience owning product P&L.Ability to work at both strategic and executional levels.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working in regulated industries and across international markets.**Why Join Us**:Be at the forefront of AI innovation in one of the fastest-growing verticals.Lead a high-impact product with strong market traction and ambitious growth plans.Collaborate with an inspiring team that values innovation, transparency, and agility.Competitive compensation package, including performance bonuses and equity options.
