Engineering Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to spearhead our team's growth and development. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage human capital for the project, including hiring, retaining, and firing.
  • Help define and monitor metrics and KPIs for the teams.
  • Ensure effective team coordination and development processes.
  • Lead all Scrum ceremonies and ensure compliance.
  • Encourage a collaborative engineering culture aligned with company values.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in software development related roles.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced English Level.
