What You\'ll Do Support our growth team in the trenches of performance marketing and AI-powered customer experience optimization. Execute day-to-day performance tracking and reposting across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok campaigns, catching data discrepancies before they become problems and maintaining reporting accuracy. Assist with campaign setup and launches across multiple advertising channels, helping media buyers move fast without breaking things. Manage AI customer service tools across multiple client accounts, optimizing AI systems, reviewing AI responses for brand consistency, and escalating complex items that require human touch. Generate performance summaries and insights that matter, focusing on bottom-line impact rather than vanity metrics. Help maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and project timelines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Support various growth experiments and initiatives, helping bring new ideas to life when needed. Collaborate closely with our media buying and growth teams; ensure accuracy in tracking and brand-consistent AI responses. Who You Are Have some experience in digital marketing, social media, or performance marketing and are hungry to level up fast. Detail-oriented with an eye for things others miss; able to juggle multiple projects and troubleshoot data discrepancies. Looking to learn from a world-class team and gain hands-on experience with tools and strategies that drive real growth at scale.
