Marketing Assistant (Affirmative for People with Disabilities)
to join our team in Brazil.

The Brazilian market is dynamic and challenging, so this role is vital to our growth. The selected candidate will be the key point of contact for the Public Relations agency, ensuring all actions are closely monitored. Furthermore, will represent the Marketing department in all initiatives and events and will have the opportunity to interact directly with executives and PR professionals to ensure the success of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and oversee all activities of the Public Relations agency in Brazil, performing as a bridge between Marketing team at Sinch and the Agency.
• Represent the Marketing department in actions, events and meetings with executives and PRs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure message consistency and Sinch speech in events.
• Act as the main point of contact for Public Relations demands, redirecting tasks internally.
• Ensure smooth communication and alignment of actions between all parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in a marketing or administrative support role is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and email marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
