Our team focuses on collaboration for millions of developers, powering secure, reliable, and scalable authorization systems. They modernize their architecture from monolithic systems to distributed microservices, emphasizing proactivity and high-impact features in fast sprint cycles.

This role requires deep expertise in Go and enterprise-scale systems. You'll take ownership of critical services, collaborate across teams, and deliver production-ready code quickly. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying Go-based authorization microservices, leading migration of authorization logic, architecting scalable and secure flows, ensuring observability, collaborating with other teams, participating in sprint rituals, documenting decisions, and sharing knowledge.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years of professional backend development experience in enterprise-scale systems.
  • 7+ years of production experience with Go (Golang) – strong command of idioms, concurrency, and microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on Ruby on Rails experience, especially with reading/modifying code during migrations.
  • Deep knowledge of authorization models (RBAC, ABAC) and security best practices (deny-by-default, audit logging).
  • Strong experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
  • Observability practices: metrics, logging, tracing.
  • Ability to ship a production-ready pull request within the first two weeks.
  • Excellent communication skills – structured, clear, and able to explain technical trade-offs and architectural choices.
