With over 10 years of market experience, our team provides a trusted trading ecosystem and a user-friendly platform for clients to capitalize on trading opportunities. This is a unique chance for Customer Service experts to relocate and develop their careers in Southeast Asia: Malaysia or Thailand. The company will provide relocation support and visa sponsorship, allowing you to work remotely during the processing period. Key Responsibilities: Provide frontline customer support via live chat, phone, and email. Address customer queries and resolve issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotions. Manage customer feedback and complaints professionally. Record and update customer data as necessary. Support administrative needs within the department and assist with translation for customer announcements. Required Skills and Qualifications: Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and over 2 years of experience in Customer Service. A background in crypto or fintech is preferred but not essential. You must be fluent in English and have exceptional communication skills with a strong client focus. Logical and analytical problem-solving skills are also essential.
