As a UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative user interfaces that meet customer demands. Key Responsibilities: Develop emotional presentations to explain conceptual ideations and project development. Manage the research phase, analyzing technologies, design trends, and market analysis. Create style guides and documentation for the technical team. Design 2D/3D assets, icons, and other graphic elements for prototyping and final production. Present proposals to customers and refine chosen proposals. Requirements: Fluent English is mandatory. Nice to have: Italian language skills. Experience in Automotive Fields is desirable. Knowledge of different user needs and ability to intercept those needs. Analysis and benchmarking skills are essential. Proficiency in software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Blender, and Microsoft Office package is required. Customer orientation and public speaking ability are crucial. Teamwork ability and empathy are necessary for success.
