The OpportunityWe are hiring a Global Partners Project Operations Manager to our Partner Operations team in São Paulo . This role joins our Projects and Tools team within Partner Operations. Our team is responsible for developing process improvements and new tools to support our partners pillar. We are looking for efficiency and quality in our operations. You will contribute to projects that improve the partner operations experience, supporting discoveries through interviews, reading the documentation of current processes, helping the team analyze root causes, testing hypotheses, and conducting action points with defined stakeholders to guarantee results. We thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your Impact- Lead, coach and develop a team with 3 talented people by creating development plans and continuous feedback.
- Manage team structure, scope and responsibilities, as well as goals, metrics and OKRs.
- Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization, technical and non-technical, to get deliveries in place, manage expectations and overcome objections.
- Map improvement points and manage the backlog, while aligning with internal needs and available resources.
- Review documents for improvements on processes, policies, and other definitions and follow up on active projects and initiatives.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by caring for wellbeing and creating a supportive environment for work-life balance.
- Reside in São Paulo.
- Availability to go to the office when requested.
- Problem solver, highly organized with analytical skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to foster a healthy environment.
- Previous leadership experience and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with project management and process improvement.
- Advanced English skills for meetings with global stakeholders.
- Experience in fast-paced environments (startups or consulting).
- Nice to have: experience in business transformation projects, quality management roles, basic coding (SQL, JS, Python), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
