What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with the Creative Design Leader to define and steer enterprise-level creative direction
  • Lead the creative process from ideation to execution across various marketing channels
  • Serve as a guardian of the brand identity, ensuring consistency and high-quality design
  • Translate complex consulting insights into relatable, human-centered creative for stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with design vendors and oversee resource allocation for projects
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • 8+ years in creative roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position
  • Proven success in delivering integrated campaigns and brand communications in B2B environments
  • Experience in enterprise marketing and communications with a focus on global brand consistency
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiarity with CMS and digital marketing platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with creative automation tools or AI-assisted design platforms
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative work that achieves business outcomes
  • Proven ability to apply emerging creative technologies to enhance output
