Position overview: As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a wide range of financial activities, significantly contributing to the company's financial health and efficiency. Responsibilities: Perform bank reconciliations to ensure transaction accuracy between financial records and bank statements; Monitor and manage cash flows for assigned offices; Support accounts payable processes, ensuring timely bill payments according to financial policies; Manage accounts receivable activities to maximize cash flow; Develop strategic financial projects to optimize resource management and enhance financial performance; Provide financial support and insights to front office teams; Set and monitor goals for teams and individuals in the front office to improve performance and control costs; Monitor operational and budgetary costs, comparing them with annual budgets for financial control; Analyze accounting documents and link them to broader financial analyses for insights and improvements; Prepare and present results reports and conduct weekly cash management reviews for decision-making support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in a multicultural environment; Advanced Excel skills; Intermediate knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus; Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with effective collaboration abilities; Motivation to work in a multicultural environment; Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
