**Plurilock Security Inc. **(TSXV: PLUR) (OTCQB: PLCKF), **is a global identity-centric cybersecurity company that provides (a) advanced and continuous authentication using behavioral biometrics and artificial intelligence solutions; and (b) products and services that proactively prevent, secure, and manage advanced threats and malware, to enterprise & government customers.**
We are currently hiring a Presales Specialist to join our business and provide presales support to our customers. This role will encompass providing demos, answering questions and ensuring an excellent experience for potential customers and partners.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our IT security solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of IT security products and their integration with various IT environments. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to IT security.
- Presales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise during the presales process. Assist in crafting tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Understand their IT security challenges and provide solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Implementations Support: Work closely with customers to assist in the implementation and deployment of our IT security solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful installations.
- Product Knowledge Sharing: Train customers on the use of our IT security products, ensuring they can effectively utilize the solutions to meet their security needs.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution guides, FAQs, and best practice documents to assist customers and the sales team.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and insights during presales activities and implementations to inform product development and improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in presales, product demonstrations, or a similar role within the IT security industry.
- Strong understanding of IT security concepts, with expertise in Single Sign-On (SSO) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for building and nurturing customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industry standards and certifications in IT security is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customer meetings and implementations.
