We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst who wants to learn and transform their career.

In this role you will:

  • Analyze and evaluate software and IT systems
  • Answer incoming IT questions from clients and staff in person, over the phone, or remotely
  • Perform system installations, upgrades, and maintenance procedures to prevent service outages
  • Communicate in advanced English
