Could you imagine yourself in a place like this?Dow's Logistics Excellence includes the management of logistic services to improve reliability, reduce customer claims and accelerate transformation, targeting an increase on CX and EX.The focus of this role will be to drive operation excellence, new Logistics technology, cross mode and E2E improvements. This role will be responsible for leading and accelerating strategic **Projects Implementation** and **T**ransformation**. We are looking for a **Logistics Excellence - PMO Lead **located in Sao Paulo (BRA). You will use logistics knowledge, technical expertise and operations experience to drive logistics operational excellence across the global/regional network bringing external insights and focus on service reliability to improve CX. You will assist businesses and functions by leading/participating in initiatives aligned with the long-term E2E strategy supporting new technology and E2E improvements. Besides that, will drive the transformation agenda for E2E/Logistics in Latin America.**Responsibilities / Duties**- Lead the implementation and improvement of the PMO to strengthen processes in the supply chain area.- Development of project management best practices and templates through training/participation to project teams.- Ensure that all reports, tools, processes and information are available to ensure governance.- Promoting problem resolution and conflict resolution in cross-functional environments.- Working with regional and international groups to learn from new developments and share best practices.- Working closely with business areas to generate insights, reports and strategies to support the Transformation agenda.- Improving and unifying the framework (process, launch, tools, KPIs and Dashboards).- Manage the RoadMap and Latin America Project Forum to ensure alignment with the overall goals of the company and improve relationships with key stakeholders in the supply chain and logistics organization.- Identify and lead improvement opportunities to ensure high service reliability and enhanced fulfillment process.- Initiate and lead the development, implementation, and effective use of operating discipline across Supply Chain.- Identifies opportunities to minimize cost-to-serve. Lead logistics initiatives and projects to optimize logistics operational costs.- Gather external performance benchmarking data globally and identify opportunities to improve the Dow network.- Contributes to the development of logistics plans consistent with business/functional responsibility.**Experience**- Required education: University Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or other Sciences.- Required experience: 6-8 years of experience in a Supply Chain or Manufacturing Environment.- English/Spanish-language.**Your skills, knowledge, and abilities include**:- Knowledge in agile frameworks.- Leadership skills in developing people in particular managing virtual teams across multiple locations/countries (leading by influence).- Proven success in leading, planning and implementing successful product launch programs and/or complex projects.**Additional Notes**:- No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position.- We are also committed to providing reasonable accommodations if you qualify as a person with disabilities.- Do not forget to attach your resume.Dow Offers:- A robust total rewards program, including: competitive base pay, variable pay that rewards individual, team, and Company performance, and comprehensive benefits- On-going l
