Jr. Buyer

The Jr. Buyer will manage all transactional tasks of the are, such as SAP contracts, Legal contracts, Spec signatures, Invoice divergences, etc. Will also support the buyers by leading the commercial KPIs meeting, controlling all the KPIs of the area. Besides the transactional role, the Jr. Buyer will also manage all buying operations for the Pack categories, such as Inventory, service level, quality and supply crisis etc.
**What are we looking for?**:
- English proficiency fluent - mandatory.
- Previous Experience with SAP system - mandatory
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Directs Purchasing area (Packaging will be a plus)
- Analytical Skills
- Planning
- Creates collaborative relationships SAP System R3 Production
- Basic Purchasing skills
- Project Management
**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
**Be responsible for all Transactional tasks of the area, such as**:
- SAP contracts : Creates, monitors, updates
- Price divergencies
- Control and report the area's KPIs to the global team
- Lead the monthly KPIs meeting of the area across his/her peers
**Manage all buying operations of packaging such as**:
- Support to the pack strategic sourcing buyer on the deployment of projects
- Calculation and report of savings for Packaging Projects as well as construction of pack projects time-line together with R&D
- First contact for quality and supply crisis on packaging categories
