**What we are looking for**:
- Support all AGCO sites in SA for cabin commodity. The Jr Buyer will support a Team Leader (Specialist Buyer). Cabin commodity Overview: Spend 60M, More than 100 suppliers, 6k PNs. Improve our product costs through of market test, supplier analysis, cost breakdown analysis.
- Support our manufacturing process and logistic department in terms of keep our production line working normally.
**What are you going to do**:
- Annual results, savings and economics for AGCO sites;
- Manage your suppliers in Cabin commodity
- Identify and implement cost reductions for AGCO sites;
- Support all departments when necessary (logistic and engineering for example) and work as a partner (as one AGCO).
**What do you need**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably), Business Administration/Comex or any other business area;
- Upper Intermediate level of English;
- Communication, Negotiation experience in Purchasing, hands on and result driven;
- Problem solving skills: Price divergence issues, cost reduction projects, Support Logistic Dept with delay delivery, etc.
- Knowledge: KPI´s: Product Cost, PPM, OTD.
