Your impact
Responsible for leading Product Cost Optimization (PCO) initiatives driving the lifecycle of cost reduction activities – from business case approval to implementation – ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Demonstrates strong teamwork and the ability to effectively integrate local and global teams within a multicultural environment, while respecting regional specificities.
Your experience and qualifications
Work closely with category teams to define strategies and conduct PCO projects, contributing to long-term sourcing strategies.
Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables for cost reduction projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Update CAPEX/ Project Expenses during budget and its reviews related to specific categories.
Conduct team meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Complete Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related areas.
Advanced English is mandatory.
Consolidated experience in PCO management, strategic sourcing, or procurement.
Excel skills, IT literacy and Tableau knowledge.
