Senior Analyst, Customer Marketing (Bangkok-based, relocation provided) Join Agoda’s customer marketing team to drive growth across Agoda’s new & emerging channels. This role involves data analysis, experimentation and collaboration with product, marketing, and analytics functions. About Agoda Agoda is an online travel booking platform for accommodations, flights and more. It is part of Booking Holdings and employs 7,100+ people in 27 markets. In this role, you’ll get Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using SQL or Tableau Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management What you’ll need to succeed Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst in tech, consulting, e‑commerce or digital marketing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics or Finance Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Proficient in SQL, Tableau and Microsoft Excel Innovative problem‑solving skills and ability to tackle complex challenges Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven ability to influence senior management Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Marketing and Sales Equal Opportunity Employer Agoda is committed to equal employment opportunity for all candidates and complies with all applicable laws.
