Overview

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable scheduling and planning, while supporting the Inside Sales process in order to prepare and ensure accurate commercial handling of customer requests. Communication with the client is critical to this role\'s success.

Responsibilities
  • Send quotation and answer all customers' enquiries on service, survey, commissioning and installation professionally and timely. Works with the Technical Support Team to ensure the correct parts are selected.
  • An essential part of the Request for Goods (RFG) process to ensure the preparation and technical elaboration of ticket/RFG components in Customer Communication software. Follow up with customers after the quotations are sent
  • Works within sales authorization and precisely defined pricing guidelines when preparing the quotations. In case of uncertainties, ensures to align with sales, technical, logistics and/or the Inside Sales Team Lead
  • Cost price calculations of orders based on customer requirements and wishes
  • Ensures all documentation and information is complete for handover to Operations to coordinate their activities
  • Register relevant external customer feedback (complaints / compliments)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • At least 1 - 3 years\' of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
