**Your function**
In the position of **Risk Analyst** you will support the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) function by performing activities related to operational risk monitoring, regulatory implementation, incident tracking, control testing and business continuity. Ensure consistent alignment with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Execute control testing and document results within the Risk Control Framework, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze operational incidents, identifying root causes and proposing mitigation actions.
- Assist in planning and executing Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities.
- Deliver training and awareness sessions to business units on operational risk and regulatory topics.
- Support the implementation of regulatory requirements within the CRO scope.
- Conduct ongoing risk monitoring activities in accordance with CMN Resolution 4,557/2017, ensuring the institution's risk management framework effectively identifies, measures, evaluates, monitors, reports, controls, and mitigates all relevant risks.
**Your profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of operational risk management and regulations applied to banking institutions and the financial market.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with colaborative mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage priorities.
