About the position

We are hiring a Security Compliance Analyst to help maintain and improve our GRC program (governance, risk and compliance) in the IT and Cybersecurity spaces. This person will manage our GRC tools, support external audits (PCI, SOC 2, ISO, SOX), and drive automation of compliance workflows. You'll work side by side with our Compliance Lead to scale and improve how we deliver compliance internally and externally.

Your Impact

  • Administer GRC tools (mostly open source tools) and maintain their infrastructure;
  • Collaborate with evidence collection and audit readiness;
  • Maintain IT and Cybersecurity risk registry;
  • Maintain compliance frameworks and control mapping;
  • Support internal assessments and risk analysis;
  • Collaborate with other teams to automate compliance tasks;
  • Manage 3rd party vendors risk and compliance.

What You'll Bring

  • Familiarity with main compliance and regulatory frameworks (PCI, SOC 2, ISO, LGPD, GDPR);
  • Experience working with GRC platforms;
  • Strong documentation, process, and analytical skills;
  • Shell scripting and automation knowledge;
  • Linux experience;
  • Team-oriented and highly organized;
  • English proficiency: full technical communication.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in compliance for large corporations;
  • Knowledge of additional compliance and regulatory frameworks (SOX, NIST, CCPA, HIPAA);
  • Knowledge in Python;
  • MacOS experience;
  • Full English proficiency.
