Junior Talent Attraction Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our People team as a Junior Talent Attraction Specialist. This role focuses on sourcing and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization. Support the full recruitment cycle for entry- and mid-level positions in operations teams Post job openings on various platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify potential candidates Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to optimize the recruitment process Evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process and provide recommendations for improvement Requirements: 1 year of experience in hiring processes with proven results Proficiency in online sourcing tools, including social and professional networking platforms Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, tenacity, and communication skills Advanced English language proficiency
