Job Description We are looking for a freelance IT Talent Attraction & Recruiter to support our team in Spain & Poland. As an experienced IT recruiter you will support our future growth by identifying high potential IT profiles. Responsibilities Write and post technical job descriptions Source potential candidates on niche platforms Sourcing candidates through direct and passive sourcing techniques Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements Craft job descriptions and interview question kits Ensure communication with candidates is prompt and professional at all stages (from the moment they apply until they are on board or turned down) Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) Build a talent pool for frequently resourced roles, speaking with potential candidates and creating ongoing relationships Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work Follow the onboarding process with HR in Spain & Poland Qualifications Must have IT & technical recruitment experience Good stakeholder management Experience screening and evaluating candidates through various methods (phone interviewing, writing assessments, etc.) Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Experience with full stack, developer, architect, DevOps, Agile, cloud and data profiles Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) Fluent in Spanish and English; Spanish is a plus Additional Information Freelance contract with fixed amount and bonus schema Flexible work schedule Competitive freelance rate Opportunities for professional growth and learning A multicultural and international work environment Social benefits to support your physical, emotional, and financial well‑being Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Talan by 2x.
