Job Description We are looking for a freelance IT Talent Attraction & Recruiter to support our team in Spain & Poland. As an experienced IT recruiter you will support our future growth by identifying high‑potential IT profiles. Day‑to‑day responsibilities Write and post technical job descriptions. Source potential candidates on niche platforms. Utilise direct and passive sourcing techniques. Design and customise hiring stages based on each position’s requirements. Craft job descriptions and interview question kits. Ensure prompt and professional communication with candidates throughout the process. Interview candidates using structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioural questions. Build a talent pool for frequently resourced roles and maintain ongoing relationships with potential candidates. Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work. Follow the onboarding process with HR in Spain & Poland. Qualifications Must have IT & technical recruitment experience. Strong stakeholder management skills. Experience in screening and evaluating candidates through phone interviews, written assessments, etc. Technical expertise with ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. Experience with full‑stack profiles (developer, architect, DevOps, Agile, cloud and data). Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (social media recruiting, Boolean search). Fluent in Spanish and English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
