About the role

We are currently seeking a talented Marketing Associate to join our online B2C marketing division. They will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations based on data analysis and market research, while also tracking and analyzing the performance of our marketing initiatives. They will help by making our marketing strategies more impactful and effective.

Who you are / What you bring

You are someone with a solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and data analysis, with a keen ability to apply this knowledge to real-life scenarios. You have strong interpersonal skills and a pragmatic problem-solving approach which is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting market research and analysis related to a competitive landscape, market trends, and business development
  • Reviewing and analyzing reports on product performance, making data-driven decisions
  • Coordinating and overseeing various marketing initiatives, such as photoshoots and content creation
  • Compiling ideas for images, keywords, and marketing strategies that will then be applied
  • Daily tasks will change depending on currently active projects but will require the same mindset

Qualifications

  • College degree in Marketing or related strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in a marketing or analytical role preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, and a creative mindset
  • English language proficiency and aptitude for creating compelling product descriptions
  • Online Marketing, SEO experience is a big plus
