Overview

Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Sales & Proposal Development Associate to join our remote team. The position sits at the intersection of business development and strategic storytelling, playing a key role in winning new business by creating compelling proposals, sales decks, and RFP responses. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to showcase our social impact solutions and help clients understand the value we bring. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to contribute in a start-up tech environment.

Please note : This remote role is a contract position (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, invoiced monthly) that is based in Argentina. The ideal candidate will work some local hours and 9 am to 12 pm Eastern Time.

Responsibilities
  • Develop persuasive and customized proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses for prospective clients
  • Craft narratives that connect data, visuals, and business needs into a cohesive story for prospective clients
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to align proposal strategy with client needs, goals, and decision-making criteria
  • Maintain and update a library of sales enablement materials and templates
  • Support end-to-end proposal lifecycle: intake, drafting, review, submission, and post-submission follow-ups
  • Analyze win/loss trends and continuously improve proposal quality and strategy
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Customer Success, Event Operations, Product, Marketing) to gather accurate, up-to-date proposal input
Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in proposal development, sales support, or marketing—preferably in a B2B or mission-driven environment
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
  • Strong project management and time management abilities; comfortable working on tight deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Slides (pitch decks), Docs (RFPs), and Sheets (impact and performance data)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) and proposal platforms (e.g., PandaDoc, Qwilr, or similar) is a plus
  • Passion for social impact and a genuine desire to help companies do good in the world
