**Requisitos**:
- Formação: Graduação ou Tecnólogo preferencialmente em Engenharias ou Ciências (Exatas ou Biológicas) em qualquer período;
- Conhecimento intermediário em Estatística;
- Experiência prévia em indústria de médio e grande porte;
- Conhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office;
- Conhecimento básico em ferramentas e metodologia da qualidade para investigação, análise de causa-raiz e solução de problemas;
- Inglês intermediário;
- Conhecimento em Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF) RDC 16/2013;
- Conhecimento básico da ISO 13485.
**RESUMO DAS ATIVIDADES**
- Suporte técnico para 3 áreas produtivas;
- Estabelecer/contribuir para a manutenção de processos nas seguintes áreas: Segurança, Qualidade e Produtividade;
- Contribuir ativamente com o processo de melhoria contínua;
- Realizar "Gemba Walks" nas áreas produtivas de maneira a acompanhar a rotina de produção e fornecer suportes imediatos para solucionar paradas de produção e soluções de problemas;
- Revisar documentos, instruções de trabalho, procedimentos e planos de inspeção;
- Avaliar tendência dos indicadores;
- Tomar ações junto ao CoreTeam no intuito de reduzir a incidência de refugos;
- Realizar recomendações para o time de design, com o objetivo de produzir produtos com menor custo, mantendo a qualidade;
- Participar ativamente do CoreTeam da área, tomando decisões junto ao supervisor para mantermos os indicadores chaves de processo dentro da meta.
