Visit our website or our career page Job Description We are looking for a Sales Operation Manager for Customer Service area. This position functions as the behind-the-scenes force that ensures the smooth operation of the sales engine, directly influencing revenue generation even without direct selling responsibilities. The work performed by Sales Operations Managers involves maintaining functional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, generating insightful reports, establishing efficient workflows, and analyzing performance data, all with the aim of enabling the sales team to concentrate on generating run rate and closing deals. Key Job Responsibilities Sales Process Optimization and Management Data Management, Analytics, and Performance Reporting Sales Forecasting and Strategic Planning Technology Stack Management and Implementation Cross-Functional Collaboration and Alignment Sales Performance Enablement and Training Support Sales Channel Management Requirements Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Typically requires at least 10 years of related experiences in Sales for Customer Service Operations Advanced Excel and Power Point : Proficient in creating presentations and analyzing data.
