SOBRE A VAGA
ATIVIDADES:- Criar, revisar e otimizar conteúdos internos, como fluxos de chatbot, navegação em plataformas, conteúdos no produto SaaS e manuais de uso;- Desenvolver textos claros e concisos para vídeos curtos e tutoriais, ajudando a comunicar funcionalidades e boas práticas do produto;- Colaborar com o time de UX para garantir que o fluxo de navegação e a comunicação no produto sejam consistentes e centrados no usuário;- Construir e manter o tom de voz da marca, garantindo que ele seja aplicado consistentemente em todos os pontos de contato;- Catequizar o time interno para o uso correto da linguagem, promovendo treinamentos e workshops para assegurar a uniformidade no uso do tom de voz;- Revisar e ajustar os textos atuais da plataforma e outros canais de comunicação, adequando-os ao novo tom de voz.- Propor e implementar melhorias no conteúdo de interface do usuário (UX Writing) para otimizar a experiência do cliente;- Elaborar artigos, guias e documentos técnicos que ajudem os usuários a tirar o máximo proveito do produto.- Acompanhar métricas de sucesso do conteúdo no produto e sugerir melhorias contínuas com base nos feedbacks dos usuários;- Em um segundo momento, atuar na criação de conteúdos para blog e redes sociais, utilizando ferramentas de IA para ampliar o alcance e otimizar o funil de vendas;- Garantir que todo o conteúdo externo, seja ele técnico ou de marketing, esteja alinhado com a estratégia da marca e gere impacto positivo para o público-alvo.
REQUISITOS:- Experiência anterior com UX Writing, Copywriting ou Marketing de Conteúdo;- Habilidade de escrever textos claros, concisos e orientados para o usuário, tanto em conteúdos técnicos quanto em comunicações de marketing;- Experiência em criar, manter e aplicar um tom de voz consistente em diferentes canais de comunicação;- Experiência em catequização de equipes para uso correto da linguagem e correção de texto;- Experiência em criar conteúdos otimizados para produtos SaaS ou plataformas digitais;- Capacidade de traduzir conceitos técnicos complexos em linguagem acessível e atrativa;- Conhecimento em ferramentas de automação de conteúdo e IA será um diferencial;- Experiência em ferramentas de análise de performance de conteúdo (como Google Analytics) será um diferencial.
HABILIDADES DESEJÁVEIS:- Conhecimento de SEO e práticas de otimização de conteúdo;- Experiência prévia com a ferramenta de atendimento da Intercom;- Experiência prévia com a ferramentas de criação de textos com IA, como Hypotenuse ou Writesonic;- Experiência prévia com o Webflow;- Experiência na criação de materiais de marketing e comunicações voltadas para redes sociais;- Familiaridade com plataformas de chatbot e navegação orientada por IA.
