Mission To lead and optimize the accounts payable function by ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant recording of all supplier and intercompany transactions, while upholding the highest standards of financial integrity. Through effective team leadership, process improvements, and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the Accounts Payable Accountant Manager drives operational efficiency, fosters transparency in financial reporting, and supports the organization’s strategic and fiscal objectives. #LI-KM Key Accountabilities Managing the accounts payable, making sure documentation is recorded in timely manner for payment. Controlling proper and completeness reception of supplier invoices by implementing new procedures and policies. Maintaining the accounts payable ledger. Reception and booking of intercompany supplier invoices and reconciliation across Rina Group. Booking intercompany related taxes. Support the team to record high volume of supplier invoices in the accounting system. Making sure all invoices are recorded accurately and with the correct withholding taxes. Control recurring expenses, looking for necessary expense accruals. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions. Work closely with internal departments to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies. Assist with other accounting duties. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting. Good knowledge of accounts payable, and general ledger. Experience with tax withholdings regulations will be a plus. Advanced English. Soft skills: Good interpersonal communication; multi-task; hands-on; attention to details; teamwork; organization; adaptability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
