Public Relations Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Assistant to contribute to the development and execution of engagement strategies and relationship-building initiatives with clients' stakeholders in the Web3 and crypto industry.

  • The successful candidate will support integrated communication strategies for technology sector clients, focusing on blockchain.
  • They will build strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Responsibilities include preparing and distributing communications materials, including press releases, articles, and newsletters.
  • The role requires collaboration with internal teams and clients for cohesive messaging.
  • Media monitoring and analysis are also crucial to identifying opportunities and risks.
  • The Public Relations Assistant will conduct media outreach and follow-ups.
  • Additionally, they will organize events, conferences, and webinars to enhance client visibility.
  • Effective crisis management is essential in this role.
  • Performance reports on media trends are also required.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A degree in Public Relations or Communications is necessary.
  • Previous experience in press relations or communication agencies is advantageous.
  • Established relationships with journalists, particularly in technology, business, and finance sectors, are beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is desired, along with exceptional writing and grammar skills.
  • Advanced English is essential, as international clients are frequently dealt with.
  • A proactive attitude towards challenges, combined with a commitment to results, is vital.
  • Excellent organizational and self-management skills, primarily working remotely with occasional in-person meetings, are required.
  • Experience in the blockchain industry and interest in the Web3 ecosystem are highly desirable.
