How you will contribute
You Will:
- Support, improve and execute on the company's labor relations activities.
- Assist with and conduct union contract negotiations.
- Devise and direct positive employee relations activities with an Integrated Lean 6 Sigma and HPWS focus.
- Provide day-to-day advice and support to the business on contract administration issues and grievances.
- Collaborate on developing and delivering training, staying abreast of trends and developments in the labor relations discipline.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- Relevant labor relations or human resources experience.
- Experience in labor negotiations, contract administration, and/or union-free campaigns, and prior CPG/FMCG manufacturing experience highly preferred.
- Ability to relate to and communicate with all levels of leadership, management, associates and union representatives. Drive for results and customer service orientation.
- Project management skills and pro-actively manage work.
- Proven track record of performance results meeting multiple deadlines and project priorities.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Weekly routine with unions.
- Mapping of union and employee dissatisfaction, as well as addressing these issues, ensuring proper handling.
- Leading the local Labor Relations committee.
- Assessment of terminations.
- Management of disciplinary actions and conflicts involving employees.
- Mapping of formal and informal leaders.
- Handling absenteeism cases.
- Preparation for union negotiations to be conducted by the People Lead and Union Relations Brazil: analysis of the economic scenario, monitoring of negotiations in regional companies, projection of the adjustment rate, and budget analysis.
