Business Manager

We are seeking a Business Manager to join Power Systems Brasil (PSB) within the Global Services Division. This role will be responsible for managing product costing and related activities, forecast and budgeting cycles, and business unit closing. The manager will support PSB strategic targets and oversee key accounting functions across the organization, acting as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership.

These are some of the various financial-related activities performed by the PSB Business team. Specific responsibilities may include:

• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for Power Systems Brasil and Retail Electric Power Division.
• Manage product costing, national content, transfer pricing, and standard cost reviews
• Drive forecast and budgeting processes (ABP - Annual Business Plan, RBM - Rolling Business Management), monthly performance tracking, and executive reviews.
• Provide financial counsel and strategic insights to support variable, period, capital charge and inventory.
• Support decision-making through scenario modeling, currency sensitivity analysis, and profitability studies.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives using Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Collaborate with global teams across the U.S., U.K., Brazil, China and India.
• Oversee a team of direct and dotted-line reports, fostering development and resilience through organizational changes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate procedures during product line transitions and facility operations.

Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company\'s business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Financial Forecasting and Modeling: Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques of financial forecasting and modeling; ability to explore and evaluate alternative financial scenarios and results.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Pre-advanced English

Top Candidates will have:

• Experience in leading teams directly.
• Advanced or fluent English.
• MBA in Business Management.
• Brazilian CPA (CRC) certification or equivalent.
• Extensive accounting background with thorough knowledge of accounting flows and related methods.
