**Job Profile / Activities**:This Leader will manage a high-performance team of purchasing professionals. The Leader will be responsible to attract, train, develop and coach personnel capable to deliver the best results from suppliers. This Leader should ensure suppliers are capable to meet CAT requirements and targets on Quality, Velocity, Development, Management and Cost.
**Basic Qualifications**
**Education**:Bachelor Degree preferable in Administration, Economy or International Business or Engineering.
**Experience**:+05 years of progressive career in Purchasing, Supply Chain and/or Business and Leadership.
**Language**:English Pre-Advanced.
**Travel**:availability up to 50% of the time.
**Behavioral skills**:Organizer, strategic view, sense of urgency, initiative, good communication, team player, interpersonal skills, capacity to solve problems, integrity.
**Work time/Shift**:from 07:24 am thru 04:24pm.
**Desirable Qualifications**
+05 years of experience as Leader of people
MBA or Post Graduated on area correlated
English Advanced
Supply Chain skills
6Sigma Black Belt Certified
Negotiation knowledges.
