**Job Profile / Activities**:
Manages strategic and business decisions related to products and services utilizing the Operating and Execution model to create, develop, position and market the offerings.
- Gathering marketplace requirements and setting direction for future product and services evolution.
- Developing business case, business plan, product definition and specifications, product and services launches and life cycle management activities.
- Monitoring problem areas (negative Operating Profit After Capital Charge); defining or approving planned product and services enhancements.
- Participating in quality assessment and improvement processes.

**Organizational Leadership**:Knowledge of leadership concepts and ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives.

**Knowledge of Customers**:Knowledge of various types of customers and ability to analyze customer activities, profiles and information.

**Basic Qualifications**:
**Education**:Bachelor’s degree

**Language**:Pre-advanced English Communication

**Experience**:Job-related experience, Strong business skills and Product/Application background
- Direct Dealer Operations Experience (Example: Field Rep)
- Experience with leadership of people and/or projects
- Spanish Advanced

**Travel**:Moderate travel required (10% - 20% of working time)
