O que é essencial que você apresente:


  • Ensino técnico completo e/ou graduação em andamento em áreas de tecnologia;
  • Ter disponibilidade para trabalhar em modelo 100% presencial no nosso escritório de Porto Alegre;
  • Conhecimento em inglês;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar no turno diurno (08h às 17h) em escala 5x2 - com folgas rotativas;
  • Identificação com atendimento ao público e paixão por solucionar problemas.

  • Conhecimento em relação ao mercado financeiro;
  • Experiência profissional consistente na área de suporte técnico e vivência com atendimento multicanal;
  • Conhecimento na plataforma Zendesk ou outras semelhantes;
