Director of Sales Job Opportunity Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for sales and hospitality? Do you have a strong background in strategic account management, business development, and multichannel sales strategy? If so, we are seeking a seasoned Director of Sales to join our team. We are looking for a talented individual who can elevate our commercial performance, strengthen our market presence, and lead the brand's commercial transformation in the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing P&L structures, and leading high-performing sales teams. About the Role The Director of Sales will be responsible for: Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share expansion. Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives that support sales goals. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize resource allocation. Providing regular sales reports and insights to senior management to inform business decisions. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field required. Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential (both written and spoken). Additional languages will be considered a plus. At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in international hotel brands. Proven track record of driving commercial results, managing P&L structures, and leading high-performing sales teams. Strong background in strategic account management, business development, and multichannel sales strategy. Advanced knowledge of hotel revenue management, market segmentation, and commercial analytics. Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and lead organizational change with resilience and empathy. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and business intelligence tools (Hyatt systems experience is an advantage).
