Job Overview: The role of Business Analyst – Product Designer is a key position within the design team. The person in this role will partner with business stakeholders and solution architects to deliver value-added features for sales, marketing, and billing teams. While the primary focus is on Service Sales CRM solutions, this role also provides exposure to a suite of enterprise applications. The successful candidate will transform stakeholder visions into functional features, document requirements, and work closely with development teams to bring solutions to life. Responsibilities: Assess business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds. Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions with business and technical stakeholders. Document detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories). Lead refinement sessions with Scrum teams to review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for sprint cycles. Support QA and UAT test planning, execution, and bug triage. Presentation of live product demonstrations and preparation of release notes for end users. Contribute to change management through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product design, or related roles, ideally within CRM platforms. Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical specifications. Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methods, including writing user stories and partnering with Scrum teams. Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and global stakeholders. Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales strongly preferred) and exposure to cloud-based solutions, APIs, and system integrations.
