We're seeking a product designer who genuinely cares about user experience – not just visual appeal. Someone who can transform rough ideas, messy wireframes, or a founder's late-night brainstorm into something clean, intuitive, and ready for launch. You've designed products, websites, and dashboards before. You understand what good UX entails – and how to achieve it efficiently. You'll: • Design high-impact UI for web and mobile • Translate product concepts and flows into user-friendly experiences • Own end-to-end design – from wireframes to polished prototypes • Collaborate directly with founders, engineers, and motion designers to bring concepts to life • Help evolve the brand's visual language and design system as we grow Key qualifications: • A strong portfolio of web/app design showcasing taste and thought • Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Notion, and Webflow • Ability to think in systems – spacing, hierarchy, components, and consistency • Deep commitment to usability, flow, and micro-details • Willingness to take feedback and iterate quickly (no ego, just better design) This is a freelance/remote position with flexible hours – potential for ongoing work if we click.
